Workshops for institutions and performers

Evidence-based resilience workshops for drama schools, conservatoires, theatre companies, opera and ballet companies, talent agencies, and arts organisations. All workshops are explicitly psychoeducational — not therapy — and draw directly on Julia’s doctoral research into performer resilience.

Workshop formats

Each workshop is designed collaboratively with your organisation to meet your specific context, learner group, and goals. All formats include participant workbooks, evidence-based skills exercises, and follow-up resources.
