Psychoeducational courses for performers
All courses are grounded in original doctoral research into performer psychology and designed specifically for the performing arts. They are psychoeducational — not therapy — and are open to all performers regardless of whether you are currently in clinical work.
The Resilient Performer
Built on original doctoral research into resilience in professional actors, The Resilient Performer is a 12-week psychoeducational skills programme that translates cutting-edge research into practical, accessible tools. At its core is emotion regulation — the single factor most strongly associated with performer resilience in Julia’s PhD findings. The programme draws on Mentalization-Based Therapy, CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy, delivered through video lessons, workbooks, audio practices, and structured self-reflection exercises.
